BASIC / HATHA YOGA
Slow and detailed. Focusing on alignment and proper engagement of muscles. Hold postures for longer durations. Modifications for body types available.
STRETCH YOGA
Active stretches for the entire body. Lengthening and increasing flexibility.
FLOW YOGA
Dynamic yoga sequences. As good as a cardio workout. Suitable for regular practitioners.
PRE-NATAL YOGA
For expecting mothers in their 2nd trimester onwards. Deep breathing and relaxation exercise to prepare for birth. Be equipped with the knowledge to self-practice. This practice is more for strengthening of inner thigh, abs and pelvic floor; not much of a cardio exercise.
POST-NATAL YOGA
A series of exercise and mindfulness practice for postpartum mothers. Great for finding mental balance while building physical strength
KIDS YOGA
Children 5 years and above will:

REIKI HEALING IS ALWAYS COUPLED WITH GUIDED MEDITATION & YOGA NIDRA
Guided meditation: Guiding you to go into stillness and find answers within you using by visualisation, observation, energy clearing. Great for anyone who wish to start their self-awareness journey or anyone who finds it hard to sit still for meditation.
Yoga Nidra: A form of relaxing meditation known as Yogic Sleep, done lying down. Focusing on relaxing the body, drawing our attention inwards, staying in between being awake & falling asleep, allowing the body to find its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis).
REIKI HEALING GROUP SESSION
RELAX OR MEDITATE WITH REIKI HEALING (VIA ZOOM)
Good for those who find it hard to stay still or quiet the chattering mind for meditation; those who are tired & looking for some soul-fulfiling rest. Choose to sit up or lie down depending on what your body needs. All that is needed is for you to be comfortable & fully relaxed.

REIKI HEALING WITH SOUNDBATH (IN-PERSON)
Raise your vibrations. Good for cleansing away stagnant energies and quiet your mind. Get into a rested meditative state easily with live playing of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongbath or many other amazing healing instruments by a Sound Healer.

REIKI HEALING ONE-TO-ONE SESSION
DISTANCE HEALING - 30 MINUTES
Healing is done remotely. The recipient can proceed with usual activities while receiving healing energy.
This session is a good energy booster for tired, difficult & busy times.
You will be notified at the start & end of the healing via message, there is no call/zoom.
