Dynamic yoga sequences. As good as a cardio workout. Suitable for regular practitioners.

PRE-NATAL YOGA

For expecting mothers in their 2nd trimester onwards. Deep breathing and relaxation exercise to prepare for birth. Be equipped with the knowledge to self-practice. This practice is more for strengthening of inner thigh, abs and pelvic floor; not much of a cardio exercise.

A series of exercise and mindfulness practice for postpartum mothers. Great for finding mental balance while building physical strength

REIKI HEALING IS ALWAYS COUPLED WITH GUIDED MEDITATION & YOGA NIDRA

 

Guided meditation: Guiding you to go into stillness and find answers within you using by visualisation, observation, energy clearing. Great for anyone who wish to start their self-awareness journey or anyone who finds it hard to sit still for meditation.

 

Yoga Nidra: A form of relaxing meditation known as Yogic Sleep, done lying down. Focusing on relaxing the body, drawing our attention inwards, staying in between being awake & falling asleep, allowing the body to find its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis).

Good for those who find it hard to stay still or quiet the chattering mind for meditation; those who are tired & looking for some soul-fulfiling rest. Choose to sit up or lie down depending on what your body needs. All that is needed is for you to be comfortable & fully relaxed.

DISTANCE HEALING - 30 MINUTES

Healing is done remotely. The recipient can proceed with usual activities while receiving healing energy.

This session is a good energy booster for tired, difficult & busy times.

You will be notified at the start & end of the healing via message, there is no call/zoom.

Good for:

- Acute physical ailments (headache, injury)

- Busy, tired times

- Children & Animals

Meet in-person, be guided to set intention, enter your inner world, followed by relaxation with healing music, & finally discussion for conscious understanding.

Conducted in a safe space, either at your home or studio (Newton/Hillview).

- Those who feels Zoom is not a suitable option

- Breaking through in your spiritual journey

- A full overhual of your well-being
