Yoga is a way of life. By bringing awareness to our body, learning to be aware of how we feel, we are connecting with ourselves. All are welcome. Suitable for all levels. There are variations for all body types, so please don't worry. Our teachers provide adjustments to correct your posture & alignment (touching you only with your permission). There will be Reiki Healing at the end of each class that will leave you feeling relaxed and recharged!
GUIDED MEDITATION & REIKI HEALING
Reiki Healing is a gentle energy healing practice where a practitioner receives Reiki energy from the Universe and transmits the energy to the receiver.
The session is passive and does not involve any physical movement. Feel calm & relaxed while being guided through meditation & Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). Great for all who wish to start their self-awareness journey or anyone who finds it hard to sit still for meditation.
Kirtan, the practice of chanting mantras, is perhaps the most important technique in bhakti yoga. 'Man' means “Mind” and 'Tra' means “to Control”
There is no need to understand the language of the mantra. No need for mental speculation nor any intellectual adjustment. It is automatic, from the spiritual platform, no prior experience is required and everyone can participate in this.
