The world can be a cruel place, with social media feeding us stories about how good our friends’ lives look. We often spend time looking externally for fulfilment, looking for the next something to feel our emptiness so that we can feel happy. However, happiness and contentment isn’t going to be served on a silver platter to us because Santosha is an inside job.

Let’s begin to accept, embrace and appreciate wherever we are at. Let’s refocus and rewrite our inner narrative and stories. Let’s put an end to unfounded and unnecessary comparisons. Let’s find happiness within ourselves!

Our sessions begin with a gratitude and appreciation focused guided meditation, followed by a soothing and loving Reiki healing while being bathed by a relaxing and healing frequencies of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls and other instruments. Soundbath will be led by Rochelle of @Shanteasounds.
