Multi level Hatha yoga class on grass under the shelter of trees. Enjoy a grounding practice in nature & a 10 mins guided relaxation leading you to a yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra) together with Reiki Healing & a cold towel. This class is alignment focus and is safe for first timers, beginners, anyone working with injuries or advanced practitioners who wish to look into their alignments to deepen their practice. We have variation for every body so please do not worry, this class is suitable even for people who has never done yoga. We will be doing: - Kriya (breathing exercise) for detoxing the body - Asanas (physical posture) to exercise, stretch, strengthen & relax the body - Pranayama & long Relaxation to quieten the mind and to de-stress Please bring yoga mat, face towel and water bottle. Yoga blocks are optional. Meet at Botanic Garden MRT Exit A street level 10 minutes before class. Cancellation policy: Cancellation to be done 24 hours prior to class. Any late cancellation or no-show will be charged as one class. Rain checks are 75 minutes before class. In the event that it rains, class will be cancelled and informed via WhatsApp. A coupon code will be issued to you so a rebooking.
