Zoom Kids Yoga & Mindfulness classes

Virtual yoga practice via Zoom for kids (5 years to 12 years old)

Service Description

Children will get air time when they get to express themselves & feel heard. They will be guided to understand themselves better, find their mental strength and hence boost their self esteem. We will also practice breathing techniques that they can use in times of stress. Objectives of the practice: - Strengthen muscles for better posture - Learn Breathing techniques to manage stress & anger - Build Self-Awareness for emotions, mindset & behaviours - Develop Self-control & Self-regulation - Boost Gratitude & Self-Esteem - Grow appreciation for life - Improve Resilience of life
