Zoom Reiki Healing
A group session of Yoga Sleep (Yoga Nida) + Reiki Healing + Guided Meditation practice via zoom

The session is passive, no physical movement involved, often relaxing & calming. Connect to Zoom with a Bluetooth speaker or earphones for better sound experience. Choose a comfortable & undisturbed space, be in a lying down position (such as lying down in bed) and just relax as if you are going to sleep. Reiki Healing: A gentle energy healing that awakens the body's natural healing ability for physical, mental & even emotional issues. Guided Meditation: Guiding you to go into stillness and find answers within you using visualisation, observation, energy clearing. Great for anyone who wish to start their self-awareness journey or anyone who finds it hard to sit still for meditation. Yoga Nidra: A form of relaxing meditation known as Yogic Sleep, done lying down. Focusing on relaxing the body, drawing our attention inwards, staying in between being awake & falling asleep, allowing the body to find its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis). Cancellation policy: Cancellation to be done 24 hours prior to class. Any late cancellation or no-show will be charged as one class.
No refund or changes allowed for cancellation or no-show. You are allowed to have someone else to attend in replacement of you.
